What are your services?

We concentrate on Quality home cleaning, window and carpet cleaning. It is what we do best.

Our concern is security (someone else in our home).
How do you handle that?

All our house cleaners are Franchisees/Licensees and before they commence with Home Service Professionals they are checked in regard to police checks, insurance their history and mannerisms.

We ensure where possible to keep the same cleaner(s) in your home for their length of service to you. Your keys are coded so no one apart from your cleaner(s) know which property they belong to.

Is there a contract require by your company?

No! We believe in the old fashion idea of a handshake is your word.

What are your cleaning products like?

We primarily use orange (citrus) based products which are not only fine for you and your family, our cleaners, but also for the work at hand.

Do you do washing, dishes, ironing, make beds etc?

No! Those items fall into the housekeeping category. Our sole work is professional house cleaning.

What other services do you provide?

Our goal is to ensure you're your whole house can be maintained through our cleaning. We provide - Regular Cleaning (3 products), Spring Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning (Wet or Dry) and Exterior House Cleaning.

We expect Quality cleaning each and every time. What if a job is not up to standard?

Our slogan is "Our Emphasis is on Quality" but being human something can go wrong, HOWEVER, we guarantee our workmanship. Should something not turn out right then the appropriate Franchisee will return and fix your concern.

Do we have reliable continual service with the same cleaner(s)?

Yes! When your cleaner(s) go on holidays or is not well you can choose whether you want to miss a clean or that you want your Franchisee to find a short term replacement. In all cases the relief cleaner is a trained Franchisee or Licensee

Are your cleaners trained?

Yes! Definitely - we have a very high standard at Home Service Professionals and we expect that quality of our Franchisees and Licensees.

What is the difference between a Franchisee and a Licensee?

A Franchisee owns the business it builds and operates and a Licensee is self employed cleaner who is attached to a Franchise. In both cases both groups are fully trained.
