Managing Clutter

Managing clutter takes a lot of time. Divide as much as you can into four groups: JUNK, CHARITY, NOT SURE and KEEP. Get rid of the first two now, and store the third until you can decide whether or not to keep the contents. Sort then file or display the fourth group. Do this procedure on a regular basis - at least once a year. As a Spring Clean is a good idea.

If you pile clutter on a table near a door or the phone, get rid of the table. Then you are more likely to put things where they belong.

Delegating Chores

Each family member should do seven tasks without being asked: hang up their own clothes and put away their own belongings, make their own bed, put their own dishes and glasses in the dishwasher, wipe the bath and sink after each use, hang up wet towels, replace toilet paper and one specialty chore of their choice e.g. folding the washing, emptying rubbish bins, emptying the dishwasher, feeding the animals, walking the dog etc.

Dusting Venetians

Wear cloth gloves to wipe the dust from venetians or mini blinds.

Removing Pet Hair

Pet hair comes off upholstery and cushions fastest when you wipe them with a damp sponge, cloth or chamois.

Note: We have an experienced de-cluttering person available to tidy your home.

Customer Testimonials

"Excellent. Very happy with standard of clean and service."

Customer for 7 years, Mrs C. M. of Ashford

"Professional, prompt and reliable service. Happy to go the extra mile for their customers."

Customer for 5 years, Real Estate Property Manager, Glenelg

"Steve has been cleaning my house for over 12 months now and I am totally happy with his service. He is reliable, efficient and friendly and I would thoroughly recommend him to any potential customer.

I have had several cleaners over the past 8 years and have found that most have a preferred task they enjoy, more so than others, and therefore tend to neglect their "less preferred" duties. Very frustrating to come home from work to find only half the job done, yet again. Not only does Steve manage to do in two hours what all other cleaners have taken three or more hours to do, he is thorough and supplies all of his own equipment and products.

His positive attitude is refreshing and his work ethic is reflected in the high standard of his work."

S.W. , Pasadena

W & M W, Belair

"A colleague arrived at my home office recently and commented on how the house smelled and looked like I had just cleaned it. He no longer believed my excuse that I was too busy to see him! I had to explain that Archie and Pat were responsible for the house looking immaculate every week. His next question was "what's their number?"

Mr W.M., Maylands

"I just wanted to let you know that I am thrilled with the service I received recently from your business. I had my carpets cleaned and windows done inside and out. The price was indeed fantastic and the quality outstanding. Also, Clive was very polite and courteous, in fact the next time I use your services I will be requesting Clive. He made me feel comfortable in leaving my home and knowing that he would lock up and respect my belongings.

I will be recommending your services to friends, family and colleagues."
